Before you send your first enquiry.
What is your minimum order?
Most programs can start from 100 pcs per colour. Complex fabrics, special yarns or heavily constructed styles may require a higher minimum.
Can you work from a reference image?
Yes. A reference image is enough for an initial review, but we will need more detail on fabric, measurements, trims, labels and packaging before quoting accurately.
Do you provide certifications?
We do not advertise certificates we do not hold. Where a program requires material testing or supply-chain documentation, we can arrange it through the relevant mill or testing partner.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Factory visits and audits can be arranged by appointment. We prefer buyers to see the actual production floor and the people responsible for the order.
How do you quote?
We quote after the style, fabric, size range, trims, packaging and quantity are clear. We do not quote from a photo alone because it usually creates a number that cannot be honoured.
